Reech Directors, Rob, Gilly and James Brinkler presented our work with local charities
Such as Lingen Davies, the Shropshire Youth Support Trust and Shrewsbury Town in the Community, reaffirming Reech’s full commitment to supporting the local community and developing young people.
Our newest member of the team - Client Relationship Executive, Sian Pritchard - commented on her first weeks at Reech:
‘Working at Reech is so much more than a 9-5 job – it is a lifestyle. The team at Reech are incredibly hard working and understand how to get the best from each other, for both the team and the clients. This is through a committed, motivated and supportive team, who provide guidance and development at all levels. Reech also provides a fantastic working environment with state of the art equipment, a modern open plan office, and plenty of creative space. I love working with the team, I’ve made friends for life here and I cannot wait to grow with the business’.
Joshua Taylor who initially joined the business as an Apprentice, and will be joining the team permanently as a Junior Developer in April, he commented on what motivates him at Reech:
‘I joined as an apprentice back in October 2015 and now I’m looking forward to being a full member of team Reech as of 1st April. At Reech I love the work I do, Reech has high standards and I like challenging myself, doing the best I can for myself, the team and clients. Working as a team is something we pride ourselves on, as we all pull together when people are struggling, fully support and motivate each other to do the best we can.
I originally applied for a graphic design apprenticeship at Reech, but the team realised I was better suited to a different role, so they created a developer apprenticeship role for me, recognising something valuable in me. I’ve gained a lot of confidence during my apprenticeship and I feel very fortunate that I get to work within a creative industry that I love’.
The Reech team will be attending the awards ceremony on 4th May at RAF Cosford, and regardless of the result will have a great night out with friends, colleagues and clients … perhaps we’ll see you there.
Thank you to the judges: Ed Graham from Shropshire Star; Lucy Cashmore and Charlotte Horton from Star Employment for visiting us.
