At the start of the relationship (or each year with renewals) we discuss and review your marketing requirements for the next 12 months (at least), your Board/Shareholder document is a great start.
These broad requirements are documented, and together we agree a ‘best estimate’ on the total number of days that will be required to deliver these projects.
You commit to a minimum working period of 12 months, and the total number of days is divided by 12, and you pay the sum equivalent to 1/12th each month.
If your requirements exceed 1 day per month you are eligible for a Reech Relationship. It’s as simple as that...
Whilst the ‘best estimate’ figure is used to agree the number of days in advance, this is simply to trigger your ‘Reech Relationship Status’. We understand that a lot will change over this period of time, therefore, your days are only drawn down on an activity-by- activity basis – giving you maximum flexibility.
What happens if I don’t use my time?
This does happen occasionally, typically when projects have been delayed, this is why at the end of the year we give you a further 6 months to use up any accrued time.
What happens if I use all my time early?
This does happen occasionally, when an unforeseen project, or opportunity presents and you need additional resource. There are several options open to you at this stage – we can issue an invoice to close out the year early, or we can add on additional days, to the remaining months.
We work as extended members of your team, helping shape your strategic goals and delivering on planned marketing activity. We also respond promptly to unplanned requests with quick turnaround times!
Monthly Payment Schedule - marketing spend can be lumpy across the year, often with the greatest spend in the first three months. Monthly payments give you the peace of mind that your budget can be spread evenly across the year.
Strategic Marketing - our service includes quarterly face-to-face strategic reviews which are designed to support your longer- term marketing strategy – drawing on expertise from across the Reech team.
Priority Service - planned activity will be managed by your RM, however, when ad hoc projects or emergency requirements arise, as a Reech Relationship client, your request will be given priority.
Activity & Performance Reporting - including monthly activity reports and quarterly website performance reviews.
Dedicated Relationship Management - you will have a Relationship Manager (RM), a Prince2 qualified practitioner, who will be your single point of contact, ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget.
Monthly Account Reports, including activities completed, results delivered and recommendations
Discounted Day Rate - currently £600 (based on our standard agency day rate of £680, exc. VAT).
Real-time collaboration and project overview via Microsfot SharePoint.
