Rob is the founder of, and creative force behind Reech Media – launching the business in 2009 in his box bedroom, following being made redundant from his Creative Manager role.
Under Rob’s leadership Reech has grown to become one of Shropshire’s leading full service marketing agencies.
Rob is married with a young son and daughter and is a keen runner with an ambition to run the New York Marathon (keep dreaming Rob).
Paul joined Reech as Chairman in October 2018.
Paul has a wealth of commercial expertise having managed successful businesses across Shropshire and London since the age of 23. Paul has been involved in various companies including; Reconomy, MT Waste Management, Countrywide Waste Management, UK Nationwide Skip Hire Ltd and also a Shrewsbury based art gallery, Soden Gallery. Pauls role involves working closely with the board of directors to guide the business strategy and corporate governance.
Paul loves to keep fit and has a passion for rugby, boxing and art. He also enjoys travelling and in his spare time and collects vintage whiskeys.
Dena joined Reech in July 2015 as Senior Designer, becoming Head of Design six months later. In February 2018 Dena officially joined the board of Directors as Creative Director.
Dena has a BA honours degree in Design Studies and over 17 years experience; Dena is an expert in print and digital design.
Dena is married with a young son and loves the sunshine, preferably abroad (can we come too?).
James joined Reech Media in 2014 as Design & Digital Director to expand our portfolio of digital services. In February 2018 James became our Technical Director.
Whilst a digital expert, James also has a degree in Graphic Communication and over fifteen years experience delivering creative print design projects.
James is a lifelong Wolves fan and gadget enthusiast!
Jo, now married to Rob Hughes, has worked alongside Rob from day one, supporting his every move.
Jo’s roles at Reech have included business development and client liaison, however now the business has grown she is responsible for managing the office, and making sure everything runs smoothly. Jo loves enjoying a glass of fizz in the sunshine (she’s not alone!).
Michelle joined the Reech team in August 2019 as Client Relationship Manager before being promoted in October to Head of Client Relationships.
Michelle has managed teams for 15 years, with roles in the environmental sector including with the Environment Agency and DEFRA. Michelle has worked on high-profile environmental campaigns, as well as having worked in the customer service sector. She has a background in marketing and insurance.
When she’s not working, Michelle loves socialising with friends and spending time with family, as well as staying active through doing pilates, walking and enjoying nature.
Chris joined Reech in July 2018 as Senior Developer, in November 2019 he was promoted to Head of Digital.
Chris has 17 years’ experience in website design and development, most recently working within the enterprise e-commerce sector. Chris joins the development team and will be responsible for the nuts and bolts of a web build for our clients on a variety of different projects!
In his spare time Chris bowls for his local club, spends quality time with his son and when he gets a chance picks up on his hobby of photography.
Adam joined Reech in July 2018 as Senior Graphic Designer, in October 2019 he was promoted to Head of Design.
Adam comes from a background of design and has worked at some top well-known companies including the British Transport Police and Moonpig, this opened the door for Adam to work on some top national campaigns. He then moved onto great things when he headed up design, branding, website design and print design in his previous role before joining and bringing his expertise over to team Reech!
Adam has an obsession with coffee and enjoys life drawing, photography and hand lettering!
Victoria joined Reech in June 2018 as Head of Photography
Victoria started her own photography business six years ago, photographing people and places all over Shropshire and beyond. The demand for high quality professional photography has increased over the years and led to a partnership with Reech. After two years working with Reech, Victoria now joins the team as Reech’s dedicated photographer for our clients.
Victoria is a mother of three very creative daughters who inspire her with their inventive ways. She enjoys music, reading and is a keen gardener.
Sophie joined the Reech team in August 2019 as a Senior Client Relationship Manager.
Sophie comes from a marketing background with expertise within FMCG, having worked in commercial marketing for Tesco and Asda’s head office. Alongside this, Sophie also has experience in brand management working at Müller Dairy. Sophie’s role will be responsible for managing and nurturing Reech’s client Relationships at Reech.
Having lived and worked in South Africa for 18 months, Sophie is married with a little boy who keeps her on her toes. She enjoys painting, spending time with her family and baking cakes for the Reech team to enjoy
Sian joined Reech in March 2017 as a Client Relationship Executive, and was promoted to Client Relationship Manager a year later!
Sian has a BA Honours degree in Geography and then went on to do a Marketing Graduate Placement within the tourism industry in North Wales. She has worked in events, marketing, and PR since completing her Graduate Placement.
Siany loves exploring the outdoors with her endlessly energetic dog Pep (and enjoys a gin and tonic on a Saturday night!).
Hannah joined Reech in October 2019 as a Client Relationship Manager.
Hannah is responsible for managing client relationships, working with them to deliver projects across design and development, and maintaining in-house marketing for Reech. She has experience working on EU-funded projects and in a marketing agency as well as handling PR for a number of companies both in the UK and in Europe.
Hannah enjoys listening to music, is a huge fan of motorsport, a keen digital artist and has extended her passion for travelling into recently working and living for 7 months in France and the Netherlands.
Rich joined Reech in September 2019 as a Senior Graphic Designer.
Rich comes from a background in design from having worked in several local design studios and magazine publishers. Having always been a fan of art from a young age, Rich was inspired by his family members and studied ‘Design for communication’ at college before going on to get a degree, National Diploma and Higher National Diploma in Graphic Design.
When he’s not working, Rich spends most of his time with his family and training for triathlons. He has a roaring passion for running, cycling and swimming including trail running and open water swimming.
Lucy joined Reech in May 2019 as a Senior Graphic Designer.
Lucy comes from a background of design and has worked at a variety of well-known companies including Rolls Royce and Tyrells Crisps. Lucy has always had a passion for art and design, studying Graphic Design at Ludlow College before expanding her design skills at Nottingham Trent University.
Lucy loves to travel and is a ski fanatic! In her spare time Lucy also enjoys watching live music with friends and a beer….or two!
Jonny joined Reech as a Design Apprentice and following the successful completion of his apprenticeship he became Reech’s Artworker, followed by Junior Designer in 2016. In May 2017 Jonny was promoted to Graphic Designer.
Jonny, originally from Bexleyheath, Kent relocated to Wem to marry a rather lovely Shropshire-lass. Jonny is now married and has a lively springer spaniel (Willis), he is a motorbike enthusiast (and a real petrol-head!).
Paul joined Reech in October 2019 as a Website Developer.
Paul is responsible for developing complete, bespoke websites for all our clients. His interest in web development began as a teenager and he went on to complete a degree in Computer Science at Aberystwyth University. Paul has over 5 years’ experience in web development with roles specialising in developing PHP.
Paul is a keen explorer and enjoys exploring the Shropshire hills and countryside, as well as attending live music gigs and festivals, playing video games and watching movies.
Adam joined Reech in August 2018 as a Junior Developer.
Adam is fresh out of university, completing a degree in web development. Adam has spent time working with ecommerce websites, dabbling with code bases to improve websites functionality. Adam joined our development team and will be responsible for the backend development, updating sites and maintenance.
Adam is a Marvel enthusiast, and spends his spare time engrossed in Marvel comics and catching the latest Marvel movies.
Jon joined Reech in December 2018 as our Marketing Manager.
Jon is responsible for developing marketing activities at Reech.
Jon has experience working with various marketing agencies and sports management companies and also works alongside The Shrewsbury Club and 2D Law.
Jon is a professional Golf player, turning pro at the age of 22 and has travelled the world competing. In his spare time, Jon plays tennis and enjoys socialising with his family and friends.
Daniel Williamson joined in January 2020 as Business Development Manager. Daniel is responsible for generating new business and managing relationships with our business partners.
Having worked in the web/digital/marketing space for well over a decade in both the public and private sectors, Daniel comes armed with a wealth of experience and knowledge to help us expand our portfolio and forge key relationships within our target markets.
Daniel is married and has two awesome children. When not at work he spends most of his time outdoors, clinging onto rock and summiting mountains.
Gilly joined Reech in 2012 and is responsible for providing expert strategic guidance and advice for both clients and internally for Reech.
Gilly has over twenty years experience in marketing and is Reech’s Google Analytics and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) expert.
Gilly is married and enjoys nothing more than a tough kettle bell session with Bob Harper (well who wouldn’t?).
