Rob is the founder of, and creative force behind Reech Media – launching the business in 2009 in his box bedroom, following being made redundant from his Creative Manager role.
Under Rob’s leadership Reech has grown to become one of Shropshire’s leading full service marketing agencies.
Rob is married with a young son and daughter and is a keen runner with an ambition to run the New York Marathon (keep dreaming Rob).
Tom joined Reech Media in February 2018, becoming Executive Chairman.
Before joining Reech, Tom was the force behind Shropshire’s leading IT company Rockford IT, founding the company at the age of 19. Rockford IT was acquired by SysGroup PLC in November 2017.
Tom married Sophie in 2015, and his son George arrived in November 2017, completing the family.
When not at work, Tom loves driving fast cars with his favourite being a Porsche GT3.
James joined Reech Media in November 2014 as Design & Digital Director to expand our portfolio of digital services. In February 2018 James became Technical Director.
Whilst a digital expert, James also has a degree in Graphic Communications and over ten years experience delivering creative print design projects.
James is married with a young son and daughter. He is a lifelong Wolves fan and watches as many games as possible (so used to disappointment).
Dena joined Reech in July 2015 as Senior Designer, becoming Head of Design six months later. In February 2018 Dena officially joined the board of Directors as Creative Director.
Dena has a BA honours degree in Design Studies and over 17 years experience; Dena is an expert in print and digital design.
Dena is married with a young son and loves the sunshine, preferably abroad (can we come too?).
Grant joined Reech Media in February 2018 as Finance Director.
A Chartered Accountant with 8 years’ experience, Grant previously worked at Intertek PLC, before joining Rockford IT as Chief Finance Officer in 2015. Rockford IT was acquired by SysGroup PLC in November 2017.
Grant is married to Debbie, a photographer, and has young son and daughter. Outside of work, Grant enjoys cooking and loves mountaineering – his favourite place to visit is the Cairngorms in Scotland.
Jo, now married to Rob Hughes, has worked alongside Rob from day one, supporting his every move.
Jo’s roles at Reech have included business development and client liaison, however now the business has grown she is responsible for managing the office, and making sure everything runs smoothly. Jo loves enjoying a glass of fizz in the sunshine (she’s not alone!).
Gilly joined Reech in 2012 and is responsible for providing expert strategic guidance and advice for both clients and internally for Reech.
Gilly has over twenty years experience in marketing and is Reech’s Google Analytics and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) expert.
Gilly is married and enjoys nothing more than a tough kettle bell session with Bob Harper (well who wouldn’t?).
Lorna joined Reech in April 2018 as Head of Client Relationships.
Lorna is responsible for managing the Client Relationship Team and building and nurturing relationships with both new and existing clients.
Lorna enjoys putting her feet up with a glass of red wine in hand. If she isn’t pampering in her dressing gown, you’ll see Lorna enjoying days out with her family and friends.
Sian joined Reech in March 2017 as a Client Relationship Executive.
Sian has a BA Honours degree in Geography, and then went on to do a Marketing Graduate Placement within the tourism industry in North Wales. She has worked in events, marketing and PR since completing her Graduate Placement.
Siany loves exploring the outdoors with her endlessly energetic dog Pep (and enjoys a gin and tonic on a Saturday night!).
Ben joined Reech in May 2018 as Business Development Executive.
Ben has worked in sales for seven years and has worked in various sales roles, he started in door to door sales and moved into the motor trade with the BMW group. At Reech Ben will be responsible for all new business enquiries.
Ben enjoys spending quality time with his son and is a keen cook! Recently Ben became a licensed ordained minister, however he is yet to perform a service.
Victoria joined Reech in June 2018 as Head of Photography.
Victoria started her own photography business six years ago, photographing people and places all over Shropshire and beyond. The demand for high quality professional photography has increased over the years and led to a partnership with Reech. After two years working with Reech, Victoria now joins the team as Reech’s dedicated photographer for our clients.
Victoria is a mother of three very creative daughters who inspire her with their inventive ways. She enjoys music, reading and is a keen gardener.
Jonny joined Reech as a Design Apprentice and following the successful completion of his apprenticeship he became Reech’s Artworker, followed by Junior Designer in 2016. In May 2017 Jonny was promoted to Graphic Designer.
Jonny, originally from Bexleyheath, Kent relocated to Wem to marry a rather lovely Shropshire-lass. Jonny is now married and has a lively springer spaniel (Willis), he is a motorbike enthusiast (and a real petrol-head!).
Sam joined Reech in May 2016 as a Graphic Designer.
Sam has a BA honours degree in Graphic Communication and has worked primarily in print design since graduating from university.
Sam is interested in travel and can also be seen cycling round the roads of Shropshire (he’s wheelie fast!).
David has worked on projects with us here at Reech since December 2015, and was recently appointed the role of Senior Developer in March 2017. David studied Design at London University of Arts and enjoys travelling and exploring the world (whenever he’s not developing websites!).
David brings a unique multi-disciplinary, technical perspective to the team. He is a WordPress expert and loves developing complex, bespoke websites. He is also a digital integration expert.
Luke joined Reech in March 2018 as a Front End Developer.
Luke is responsible for developing complex, bespoke websites for our clients. Luke has always been a keen coder, at the young age of 13 he started his very first website project at school – and has been hooked ever since! Luke brings with him strong knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 from working both in-house and within an agency environment.
Luke sees himself as quite the chef – we envy his hearty (and tasty!) lunches! Luke also enjoys a trip to the gym in his spare time.
Lauren joined Reech in June 2018 as Marketing Manager.
Lauren is responsible for Reech’s in-house marketing which includes; updating the website, social media, events and much more! After completing her university degree Lauren worked in various event and PR work placements and went on to land herself a Marketing Executive role at Rockford IT.
Lauren is an avid Clubbercise fan who is very much a social butterfly. She enjoys fine dining and making (and drinking) her own cocktail concoctions.
Jenna joined Reech in April 2018 as Business Support Manager.
Jenna is responsible for the HR at Reech which includes supporting the People and Wellbeing processes for the company. Before joining Reech, Jenna worked alongside Tom Sykes (now Reech Executive Chairman) as HR and Business Support Manager at Rockford IT. Prior to her role at Rockford IT, Jenna managed large teams within the Complex Healthcare Industry.
Jenna loves spending time baking with her lovely daughter, together they have mastered an endless list of tasty treats, baked in record breaking time!
Elaine joined Reech in April 2018 as Finance Manager.
Elaine previously worked with Executive Chairman, Tom Sykes for 12 years at Rockford IT as an Accounts Administrator. Elaine is responsible for the day to day accounting and financial management of Reech.
Elaine is very family orientated and loves spending time with her husband and two sons. Elaine is a sun worshiper and enjoys jetting off on holiday as often as possible!
